Topic: How You Can Be Born Again -Using The WORDLESS BOOK.

Text: John 3:16            (Youth Lesson 6)

Memory Verse: John 1:12.

Introduction. The Wordless book is a mini-sized book that has no words on it. It has only the Colours of: Black, Red, White, Green and Gold colours on it. This Minibook is used to explain God’s plan of Salvation. The Wordless Book has been used in over 120 countries by missionaries and Sunday School Teachers to lead Thousands of Children to Christ.

In the Article Below, I will use the Wordless book to explain God’s plan of Salvation to you Boys and Girls. . Pay Attention to the Article as you Read.

1). Colour: BLACK.

Colour Black represents the fact that due to the Fall of Adam and Eve at the Garden of Eden, every person born into this world is born in Sin.

  • Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me” Psalm 51:5.

Sin is anything that does not please God. This includes: Telling Lies, Disobedience to Dad and Mom, Cheating, Stealing, Cursing, Fighting, Quarrelling, Killing of People, Worship of False Gods, etc.

Psalm 51:5 and Romans 3:23 means that we were born with a desire to Sin. That’s why you don’t need to teach a child how to tell Lies before the child starts telling Lies. You don’t need to teach a Child how to fight or quarrel before a Child begins to do such.

The punishment for Sin is Death which is to be separated from God Forever.

God knew that you could not be good enough to please him such that you could enter Heaven. Therefore he made a Way for your Sin to be Forgiven.

Colour Black  Represents Sin.

2) Colour: RED.

God loves us so much he sent his only Son, Jesus Christ; to take the punishment for your Sin and Mine, so that you and I will not have to be punished for our Sins.

Jesus Christ the only Son of Goddid not do any Wrong Thing. He took your punishment for Sin by allowing himself to be killed on the Cross. In his death at the Cross, Jesusshed his blood for your Sin and Mine. Remember, that Blood has the Colour, Red.

Jesus rose from the Dead and went to Heaven. He is presently in Heaven.

Colour  Red represents the Blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the Cross.

3) Colour: WHITE.

God wants to forgive your Sins. But before he can forgive your Sins, you have to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour.

Receiving Jesus means you believe that Jesus died on the Cross for your Sins and rose again. And believe that only God can Forgive You your Sins through Jesus Christ.

It Also means that you are willing to turn from your Sins.

When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour , God forgives you your Sins. And Jesus puts his Life in You and makes you a Child of God. That’s why the Bible Says:

Would you want to Receive Jesus Christ Now as Your Lord and Saviour?

If Your Answer to this Question is YES, Bow your Head, Close your Eyes and Pray with All Seriousness:

“Lord JesusChrist, I am a Sinner. I’ve done bad things. I believe that you died for my Sins.. I ask you to forgive me of my Sins. Wash my Sins with the Blood that you shed on the Cross. Write My Name in your Good Book of Life. I receive you into my Life as my Lord and Saviou . Give me the power to live for you now and all the days of my Life until I see your Face in Heaven in Jesus Name, I pray. Amen.

Thank you God; I am bornagain in Jesus name. Amen.

Now that your Sins are Forgiven, your heart is White or Clean before God.

  • Come now, let’s settle this,  says the LORD. Though your sins are like scarlet,  I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool”. Isiah 1:18.

Colour White Represents a Clean and Pure Heart.

4) Colour: GREEN.

. You can see green leaves on growing Trees. Therefore; green reminds us of Spiritual Growth.

If perharps you mistakenly commit Sin, Tell it to God immediately. Ask him to forgive you. Tell God to help you not to do it Again.

If we confess our Sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us all unrighteousness” Ist John 1:9.

Remember, You are Now a Child of God. Always ask him to strengthen you to do the Right Thing.

For You To Grow Spiritually, There are 4 Things that you need to do as Follows:

  • Pray EveryDay.  Go on your Knees and Pray. Tell God Everything You want him to do for You.
  • Read and Obey The Bible. You can begin from the book of John and read 20 or 30 Verses Everyday. Thereafter, you move to Acts of the Apostles and so on. Even when you do not understand everything you read, it should not stop you from reading the Bible. Those areas of the Bible that you do not understand today, you will understand tomorrow or Later.
  • Go to Church and Sunday School. You will learn more about God and how to walk with Him.
  • Tell Your Friends about Jesus. Tell them why and how you received Jesus. Invite them to receive Jesus Also.

             5 )  Colour: GOLD.

Colour Gold tells us about Heaven. Gold reminds us of things like Money, Jewelry, etc. The Bible says that the streets (the ground, the floor, and carpets) of Heaven are made of Gold. Can you imagine yourself walking on Gold in Heaven? Isn’t that beautiful, wonderful and exciting? Make sure you do not miss Heaven.

The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass”. Revelation 21:21.

CONCLUSION. God Loves You, so much that he gave Jesus Christ so that you will go to Heaven. But those that refuse to receive or accept Jesus Chrsit, will miss Heaven and go to HellFire Forever.
